WHY ENGINEER
On site, you decide — not the office

THE ENGINEER PATH

Two stories from the leadership team: both started at the lowest rung.

Gintautas Peseckis
Gintautas Peseckis
Project Director · Indoor networks, Radviliškis
At Engineer since 2016

Joined in 2016 as a site manager. Within two years he was a project manager — and decided to move to Radviliškis.

Instead of saying goodbye, we offered him to build his own branch and team there. Today he is a project director, leads our largest projects, and the Radviliškis branch has around 100 people working on its sites.

Aurimas Kulokas
Aurimas Kulokas
Project Director · Power quality, switchboard production
At Engineer since 2007

Joined in 2007 as a labourer. Became an electrician, then a site manager building a 20,000 m² shopping centre, then an engineer and head of engineers.

Fascinated by new technology and complex equipment, he started running pilot projects for clients. The results grew into a business line of its own. Today he is the project director responsible for switchboard production and the whole power quality area.
