Communications and Marketing Specialist

Full-time (6-hour working day)
The strategy, positioning and website are already in place — now we need someone to make it happen. This is the company's first communications role: you will work directly with the CEO, without long approval chains or a big team. A great fit for someone with some experience who wants to grow into a strong senior within a few years.
What you will do
- —Create content yourself: visit sites, shoot and edit reels, take photos, interview project managers and foremen.
- —Run Engineer's social media and LinkedIn, and write project stories for engineer.lt.
- —Help attract people: job ads, Meta campaigns, the referral programme, employee stories.
- —Commission larger jobs (professional filming, photo shoots, design) from agencies and freelancers, and coordinate them.
- —Prepare internal news that reaches both the office and the installer on site.
What we expect
- —Energy and initiative: you see what needs doing and do it — you don't wait to be told.
- —1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications or content creation.
- —You shoot and edit on your phone, make simple layouts (Canva, CapCut or similar) and use AI tools every day.
- —You write short, clear copy with no empty adjectives. Correct Lithuanian, working English.
- —Facts are sacred to you: if you don't know, you ask — you don't make it up.
- —Construction sites don't scare you, and you're curious how electricity works in a factory or an airport.
- —Category B driving licence.
Nice to have
- —Experience with social media advertising (Meta), working with agencies, B2B or industrial sector experience.
