Two of Lithuania's largest military sites
An ammunition plant — outdoor and indoor electrical networks and fire alarm. Rūdninkai military town for the German brigade — design and build, complete electrical scope.
Engineer is one of Lithuania's largest electrical contractors — 270+ people, our own switchboard factory, and three times last year's volume. We design, build and maintain power infrastructure for airports, defence, life sciences and data — and we are building the capacity for the next build cycle across the Nordics and Germany.
Lithuania is building at a pace it has not seen in decades — ammunition production, a permanent base for an allied brigade, energy security. We deliver the electrical scope on two of the country's largest military sites. That demand tripled our organisation in a single year.
What we built to get there — a hiring engine, supervision structure, factory capacity and site control — is what we bring to the next programme.
First project abroad — a clinic in Germany.
Era of large sites. Vilnius Airport T4 — then a record contract, today a typical one.
Power quality division — harmonic filtering, reactive power compensation, monitoring.
Defence programmes, 3× growth. Ammunition plant and Rūdninkai military town. ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified.
Capacity for data-centre programmes across the Nordics and Germany. Teams, supervision and factory output scaled for hyperscale packages.
We take a defined electrical scope and own it — people, supervision, materials, testing and documentation — so you manage one interface, not a crowd of individuals.
Power distribution, cabling and containment, lighting, small power, fire alarm and low-current systems — installed by our own supervised crews.
LV switchboards built and factory-tested in Vilnius before dispatch (IEC/EN 61439). Fewer hours on site, more control over quality and schedule.
Outdoor networks, transformer substations and cable lines; fast-track grid connections built to the developer's schedule.
UPS, voltage conditioning, harmonic filters and SVG reactive power compensation. We measure first, then specify.
In-house design team working in BIM, Dalux and Trimble — shop drawings, coordination and redesign while construction runs.
Testing and commissioning support, handover documentation and long-term maintenance of the systems we build.
Every package gets its own team with authority to decide on site. That is how we handle projects where the design changes while the deadline does not.
Site managers and foremen are Engineer staff. Productivity, quality and safety are managed by us, inside your site rules.
Peak teams grow from our installer base and long-term partner crews working to Engineer standards, under our supervision.
Planned shutdowns compressed into weekends: substations replaced, whole buildings cabled, floors installed before the concrete pour.
Zero serious workplace accidents since 1995. Internal inspections plus independent audits by a specialised OHS firm.

Full electrical scope of a new terminal at an operating airport. The design kept changing during construction — the opening date did not.

Electrical infrastructure for controlled environments — backup and uninterruptible power, routing coordination, documentation up to qualification. Thermo Fisher Scientific, BIO CITY II and III, Metrosert in Tallinn.

One of the largest grain elevators in the Baltics. A month of preparation, one weekend of work: old supply off on Friday, new substation and switchgear running on Monday.

One day: our switchboard factory, two live sites and the team that runs them. We will show you how a package would run on your programme.
